In  1838, more than six hundred wagons loaded with Cherokee Indians were hauled into the collectable west in the cold October rain. They were forced to leave their homes and everything they held love and were given to their entire lives. The removal of indigenous Americans from their vote downs by the Indian removal Act of 1830 violated their governmental, legal, and human rights.
