Removal Act

In  1838, more than six hundred wagons loaded with Cherokee Indians were hauled into the collectable west in the cold October rain. They were forced to leave their homes and everything they held love and were given to their entire lives. The removal of indigenous Americans from their vote downs by the Indian removal Act of 1830 violated their governmental, legal, and human rights. To begin, the riposte in States took away the   liberty and land of  Native Americans without their consent. This  was a invasion of their political rights. Native Americans had no freedom.The Indian removal Act of 1830 ordered soldiers to put aside Native Americans in stockades. The Indians had no say in this and were defenseless. The Native Americans helped the sportsmanlike Americans and taught them how to put up with certain resources.
